Privacy notice
This notice explains how Modern Football Analysis ("MFA", "we") handles the personal information you share with us through the waitlist form on this website. We keep it short because there is not much to say.
What we collect
Only what you type into the waitlist form: your name, your club or organisation, your role, your email address, and the optional note. We do not use analytics or tracking cookies. Standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, user-agent) may be retained briefly for security and abuse prevention.
Why we collect it
Solely to contact you about access to MFA and to answer your enquiry. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it for profiling.
Where it is stored
Waitlist submissions are stored in our managed database (Supabase), hosted in the European Union where available. Notification emails are delivered via a transactional email provider (Resend).
How long we keep it
Until your request has been fulfilled, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. To request deletion, email info@mfafootball.com.
Your rights
If you are in the EEA or Switzerland, the GDPR and the Swiss FADP give you the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to complain to your supervisory authority. Send any such request to the address above.
